Tom was born in Youngstown, Ohio. Growing up he played drums in a rock band, built skateparks, and made movies. After moving to California in 2007, Tom began working on as many sets as possible, before beginning his journey as a director. Tom currently resides in Los Angeles and is known for directing the films, Blowing Up Right Now, General Education, and Oliver, Stoned. Tom is married to Katie Morris and together they have two daughters.
